Installation

Curvea CLI is distributed through the @curvea/cli package and requires Node.js >=20.19.0.

Project-local installation

Use a project-local CLI dependency for normal development and CI:

npm install --save-dev @curvea/cli

Expose the CLI through project scripts:

    "build": "curvea build"

}

Then run:

npm run dev
npm run build

Projects created by curvea new already declare @curvea/cli as a dev dependency and add these scripts. Run npm install after scaffolding to install the declared dependencies.

Global installation

A global install is also supported:

npm install -g @curvea/cli

This makes the curvea binary available directly:

curvea

For reproducible project and CI builds, prefer the project-local dependency and npm scripts.

Verify the CLI

Run either:

npx curvea

or, with a global installation:

curvea

Without a recognized command, Curvea CLI prints its usage information.
